Moon rituals are as old as ancient civilizations. The moon’s cyclical changes contributes significantly to the M3practice . The moon cycles and its themes take prominence to guide us in the journey deeper into ourselves.
Each new moon is a chance to set your intentions, and 2 weeks later at the full moon we get a chance to surrender to the universe and let it take over. The cycle of effort and surrender is an ongoing practice and reflects a deep connection between humanity and something “other”. The M3 practice follows the energy of rituals surrounding each moon in its current cycle.
